Terms and Conditions

1. Reservation

A reservation at our B&B is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a valid credit card as guarantee and the immediate payment of a 30% non-refundable deposit (caparra confirmatoria).

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation up to 7 Days Before Check-In

In case of cancellation up to 7 days prior to the check-in date, the 30% deposit will be retained by the property, and no further charges will be made.

Late Cancellation and No-Show

For cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date, or in case of a no-show, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged. The remaining balance will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking. Please note: the 30% deposit is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. Reservation Changes

Any request to modify the reservation (dates, number of guests, room type) is subject to availability. Changes requested within 7 days of check-in may be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to the cancellation policy penalties, at the discretion of the property.

4. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in: from 2.30 pm to 8.00 pm
Check-out: by 10.30 am

Early arrival or late departure must be arranged in advance and is subject to availability.

5. Payment and Accepted Cards

The remaining balance of the stay is paid on site directly at the property during check-in, either in cash or by card.

6. Guest Responsibility

Guests are expected to respect the premises, furnishings, and other guests. Any damage caused will be charged to the responsible guest.

7. Privacy

All personal data will be processed in accordance with GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) and used exclusively for managing the reservation and required administrative procedures.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a reservation and paying the deposit, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions.
