Terms and Conditions
1. Reservation
A reservation at our B&B is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a valid credit card as guarantee.
The card will not be charged at the time of booking unless the guest selects a non-refundable rate.
2. Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation
Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 7 days before the check-in date.
Late Cancellations and No-Show
For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the check-in date, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
In case of no-show, the same penalty of 100% of the stay will be applied.
The charge will be made to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
3. Reservation Changes
Any request to modify the reservation (dates, number of guests, room type) is subject to availability.
Changes requested within the free cancellation period will not incur penalties.
Changes requested within 7 days of check-in may be treated as a cancellation, at the discretion of the property.
4. Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-in: from 2.30 pm to 8.00 pm
- Check-out: by 10.30 am
Early arrival or late departure must be arranged in advance and is subject to availability.
5. Payment and Accepted Cards
Payment for the stay is made on site, unless a cancellation penalty or a non-refundable rate applies.

- VISA credit cards
- Mastercard credit cards
We Do Not Accept
- Prepaid cards (e.g. Postepay, reloadable cards, virtual cards)
- Debit cards
- Other circuits (American Express, Diners, etc.)
6. Guest Responsibility
Guests are expected to respect the premises, furnishings, and other guests.
Any damage caused will be charged to the responsible guest.
7. Privacy
All personal data will be processed in accordance with GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) and used exclusively for managing the reservation and required administrative procedures.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By completing a reservation, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions.
